Donear to raise Rs 160 cr

New Delhi, June 4 (UNI) Donear Industries Ltd today said it will raise funds worth Rs 150-160 crore to fund expansion projects, develop new business and acquire existing businesses in the country and abroad.

The fund will be raised through issuing GDR, ADR, FCCB or securities, company statement said today.
