Dacoits break into house in Pune, loot booty worth Rs 5 lakh

Pune, June 4 (UNI) Miscreants broke into a house in a housing society today and looted jewellery and cash worth Rs five lakh after threatening them at knife point.

A gang of five robbers entered the Zingade houshold in Kothrud area and decamped with the booty. No arrests have been made so far and investigations are on, police said.

Meanwhile, the rural police yesterday arrested sharpshooter Deepak Sapke, belonging to Chhota Rajan gang in connection wtih dacoity at a jewellery shop in Ale Phata on Pimpri-Nashik road.
