The CWC, the highest policy making body of the party, is likely to do introspection on the debacle in Uttar Pradesh Asembly elections and finalise the stand on the Presidential election due in July.

The need for a reshuffle of the AICC to fill up the vacancies caused by some office bearers moving over to the Government and to prepare the organisation to face the next Assembly elections in some States in the near future may also come up for discussion at the meeting, according to party sources.

The meeting, to be held at the official residence of Congress President Sonia Gandhi, will also be attended by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and some of his Cabinet colleagues, besides the CWC members.

The CWC may also discuss the ongoing violent agitation in Rajasthan by the Gujjar community demanding ST status for them to avail of reservation in jobs, according to the sources.
