Hyderabad, June 4 (UNI) The ruling Congress in Andhra Pradesh is fully committed to the implementation of the six-point formula and the Presidential order on zonalisation of local candidates in the matter of employment in the six zones of the State.

Accusing the Opposition parties of politicising the issue, Pradesh Congress Spokesman Tulasi Reddy told a press conference here today that the main opposition TDP as also the BJP and the TRS had no ''moral right'' to speak on the issue of implementation of the Government Order 610, promulgated in consonance with the six-point formula for ensuring justice to the youth of the six zones of the State.

The TDP, which was in power for over 14 years and the main Opposition party for five years since the GO was passed on December five, 1985, did not speak on the issue then, but was resorting to mudslinging against the Congress Government for political gains, he claimed.

Mr Reddy said TRS chief K Chandrasekara Rao, who had been a MLA, Minister and Deputy Speaker, had kept quiet then. The BJP, which had been an ally of the TDP, did not speak on the issue during that period, he added.

Referring to the Left parties' stir for land to the poor, party Farmers Wing Chairman Kodanda Reddy alleged that the ''politically-motivated'' agitation was only aimed at benefitting the TDP.

It was the ruling Congress which had initiated land reforms in the country and distributed lakhs of acres to the poor, he asserted and asked the Left parties not to take law into their own hands. The Government would be receptive to suggestions from them to rectify any irregularity in allocation of lands, he added.
