Three deer poachers arrested

Gulbarga, June 3 (UNI) The Forest Department Mobile Squad has arrested three persons and seized cleaved body of a spotted deer at Anathavuram village of Chincholi taluk in this district.

Deputy Conservator of Forest K Radadevi told UNI that the mobile squad arrested three persons while they were taking the cleaved body of the deer for sale last week.

The officers also recovered a country made gun and bullets from, the arrested, identified as Pappaih, Salim and Bahur. They were later remanded to judicial custody, the official said.
