Soldier kills his junior at Bhimbar gully

Jammu, Jun 3 (UNI) An army personnel shot dead his junior at Bhimbar gully in Rajouri district last night, official sources said here today.

An altercation broke out between Lance Naik of 13 Sikh Light Infantry Battalion Harnam Singh and his junior. Senior army officers and other jawans rushed to the area and took him to a hospital where he was declared dead.

The incident took place at 2300 hrs last night at Bhimbar gali sector, sources said adding the Lance Naik has been arrested and an enquiry has been ordered in this regard.
