Pricol to set up 50:50 JV with Iran's plastic co

New Delhi, June 3: Auto component manufacturer Pricol Ltd has said it will form an equal joint venture with Iran's Nava Khodro Plastic Company with an estimated cost of 8.5 million dollars over the next three years.

The JV company will manufacture instrument clusters and speed sensors with a share capital of 2.5 million dollars, a statement said.
