Manmad Express hit by boulders; passengers safe

Mumbai, June 3 (UNI) The Manmad Express was delayed by two hours after it was hit by boulders today between Kasara and Igaitpuri railway station here.

Train No 2117 was on its way to Manmad from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus when the train was hit by boulders at around 1743 hrs inside tunnel TRG 1-2, a Central Railway spokesperson said.

All the passengers were safe and no one has been injured, he added.
