Gram Sachivs thank Hooda

Chandigarh, June 3 (UNI) The Gram Sachivs, who were appointed by the present Haryana Governemnt recently, have expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Chief Parliamentary Secretary Dharmbir Singh for considering their long-standing demand.

A delegation of Gram Sachivs had called on the Chief Parliamentary Secretary at his residence in Bhiwani today. It may be recalled that these appointments had been hanging fire for the last several years.

While interacting with Gram Sachivs, Mr Dharambir Singh said that the Gram Sachivs should help in accelerating the pace of development.

The President of Gram Sachivs Welfare Association, Mr Ram Mehar assured Mr Dharmbir Singh of the wholehearted cooperation of Gram Sachivs in realising the dream of the Chief Minister to make Haryana the number one state in all spheres of development.
