Sachin Pilot gets Z plus security cover

New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) Congress MP from Rajasthan Sachin Pilot has been provided the highest category of security cover following violent clashes between Gujjar and Meena communities in his home state.

Mr Pilot, who belongs to the Gujjar community, has been given Z-plus security following assessment of possible threat to him, Home Ministry sources said here today.

The young leader represents Dausa constituency in Lok Sabha, which has been the epicentre of Gujjar violence in the state.

Sources said the Ministry was closely monitoring the situation and assessing the threat level to different leaders belonging to the two warring communities, after the clashes between them claimed four lives yesterday.
