Motorcyclist crushed under DTC

New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) A 20-year-old man riding a mobike was killed after a DTC bus hit him from behind in Janpath area in New Delhi this morning.

The driver of the bus Leela Ram (59) has been arrested, said the police.

A resident of trans-Yamuna area in East Delhi Pravesh Goyal was crushed after his 'Splendor' motorcycle, while trying to negotiate a sharp curve by a mobike ahead of him, was hit from behind by the bus near the National Museum at about 1130 hrs.

Goyal was rushed to the RML Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
