Howrah-Jodhpur express rescheduled

Kolkata, Jun 2 (UNI) A train under the Eastern Railway (ER) has been rescheduled following late running of corresponding trains.

ER sources said 2307 up Howrah-Jodhpur Express, scheduled to leave Howrah at 2330 hours today, would leave the station at 1250 hours tomorrow for Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

All major train services into the state were disrupted following the caste war between two major communities in and outside the state.

The Gurjars are demanding to include them into the list of STs to which the Meena, the largest ST tribe in the state, is protesting against.

UNI
