Accused gets conditional bail in ruby case

Vadodara, June 2 (UNI) Balbirsinh Mohansinh Rajawat alias 'Guruji', held in connection with the theft of a Rs 6.3-crore ruby, was granted conditional bail by a local court here.

Balbirsinh Rajawat is one of the 16 persons who stand accused in the case.

The ruby, which belongs to one Samir Jagot of Rajkot, was handed over to Darshan Thakkar, Mihir Thakkar, Balakrishna Patel and Jayanti Patel. The last allegedly killed the other three and escaped with the ruby few months back.
