5 killed as mound collapses

Moradabad, June 1 (UNI) At least five people, including three girls, were killed and another seriously injured when a portion of earth caved-in here today.

The incident occurred in Tanda Kothi village. The children got trapped when earth caved-in while they were digging it.

By the time people came to rescue, four girls and a boy had died, police said.

The injured was admitted to hospital, where he was reported to be critical.
