3 quarry workers killed,6 hurt

Visakhapatnam, Jun 2 (UNI) Three quarry workers were killed on the spot and six injured when huge chunks of mud fell on them in Boravanipalem Quarry site during work at Madhuravada in the district today.

Police identified the deceased as B Krishna (35), B Ramana (30) and S Pentaiah (60).

They all belonged to Chimalametta Village in Anandapuram Mandal in the district.The injured were admitted to the King George Hospital here.
