Power supply disrupted in city

Chandigarh, Jun 1 (UNI) Power supply to parts of Chandigarh remained disrupted today for about half an hour from 1500 hours due to tripping of 220 KV Ropar-Mohali transmission line.

The areas where the supply remained affected were PGI, Panjab University, Sectors 34, 38, 39, 40 and adjoining villages.

The power supply to these areas is being fed via 220 KV Mohali Sub-Station.
