Online production displayed in VSP

Visakhapatnam, Jun 1 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) Chairman and Managing Director P K Bishnoi today inaugurated the prestigious computerisation project 'Production centre' at the plant control premises.

Four giant screens with graphics will display the online production data of blast furnace 1 and II, steel melting shop and wire rod mill.

Speaking after inaugurating the online production centre, he lauded the Information Technology department, which had commissioned the online project to explore the possibility of extending the facility to other production units also.
