New Delhi, June 1 (UNI) The Congress continued to remain tight-lipped about its choice of candidate for the Presidential poll today, merely stating that the process will take its own time.

''No time frame can be given for finalising the Congress stand as it is a very important issue involving the highest post in the land,'' Congress Spokesperson Jayanti Natrjan said replying to a specific query on the subject.

''It will take its own time as talks are going on,'' she said briefing mediapersons here.

Mrs Natrajan sidestepped a query about any action to be taken at party level against Supreme Court advocate R K Anand for allegedly having colluded with the prosecution counsel in influencing the key witness in the BMW car accident case involving Sanjeev Nanda as shown in a sting operation by a TV channel.

''The Court is seized of the matter. We have to await what decision the Court takes,'' she said. ''We have to wait and see.'' Replying to a question about an Uttar Pradesh court having ruled that film star Amitabh Bachchan was no farmer and hence could not be allotted a piece of land in Barabanki, Mrs Natrajan said the matter was pending in a lower court and did not concern Delhi. She added the party has no view on it.
