Cong alleges law breakdown in MP district

''The person whom the state's ruling BJP has made that district's general secretary is charged with abduction. According to police records, the person is 'absconding' but he is actually moving scotfree. If the general secretary and other criminals are not arrested then my party will be compelled to launch an agitation,'' he told journalists here.
