Simplex Infrastructures bags Rs 1055 cr worth orders

Mumbai, May 31 (UNI) Simplex Infrastructures, a leading infrastructure solutions providers, today said it has bagged cumulative orders worth Rs 1055.10 crore towards civil and structural construction of bridges, flyovers, ports, and a bulk of it towards construction of commercial and residential towers in Indian and overseas markets.

Simplex Infrastructures director Rajiv Mundhra said in a release, ''We have been able to bag Rs 1055 crore worth of cumulative projects between April-May 2007. Out of this, Rs 544.71 crore are overseas order.'' He added, ''The order book stands at over Rs 6500 crore. The notable projects bagged include construction of the super structure of a 35-storey residential and commercial tower in Mumbai worth about Rs 200 crore, and construction of a commercial and residential tower on turnkey basis in Dubai worth over Rs 422 crore.''
