Ranbaxy appoints Sunil Godhwani as Director

New Delhi, May 31: Pharma major Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd today named Mr Sunil Godhwani as a Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr Tejendra Khanna.

Mr Godhwani's term as a Director in the casual vacancy ended on the conclusion of the AGM held on May 31, 2007, a statement said.
