NCDEX trades at Rs 2,344 crore

Mumbai, May 31 (UNI) About 569 members (3,012 users) today put through 70,768 trades and volumes were Rs 2,344 crore (one-way) at National Commodity and Derivative Exchange (NCDEX).

Active trades upto 1700 hrs were in jeera, soya oil, pepper, gurseeds, chana and rape mustard seed, a release here today said.

Yesterday, 559 members (3,023 users) participated in trading and put through more than 59,945 trades. The volume for the whole day till 2330 hrs was Rs 1,913 crore (one-way).

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, chana, gold, gurseeds and soya oil, the release added.
