Medical assistance for 10th standard student

Puducherry, May 31 (UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy today handed over a cheque for Rs 1.40 lakh to S Srinivasan, a tenth standard student of the V O C Higher secondary school here, towards medical assistance.

Srinivasan, who was suffering from a heart disease, would undergo a surgery at the Madras Medical Mission. The fund was being provided by the education department.
