Katara case: Police team leaves for New Delhi with Rasheed

Hyderabad, May 31 (UNI) The Delhi police team today left here for New Delhi with Rasheed, the alleged kingpin in the human trafficking racket, after he was handed over to them by the city police yesterday for interrogation in connection with the case, involving BJP MP Babubhai Katara.

Sources said the Delhi police crime branch team, led by Inspector Arvind Kumar, boarded the Andhra Pradesh Express with Rasheed this morning.

A city court had granted Delhi police ten-day custody of Rasheed, after it filed a petition seeking his custody.
