Hotel owner shot dead in Aligarh

Agra, May 31 (UNI) A hotel owner was shot dead by unidentified miscreants in the Aligarh court premises today.

DIG Agra Range Kamal Saxena said owner of Hotel Royal Residency Yatindra Sharma was shot at in the court premises of Aligarh district, when he was locking his car. He died on the spot.

Mr Sharma had a dispute with his tenants and the court had delivered a verdict in his favour three days back. He was probably eliminated over this reason, the DIG added.

Meanwhile, a manhunt had been launched to nab his killers.
