Budget session of Kerala Assembly to begin Jun 19

Thiruvananthapuram, May 31: The Kerala Cabinet today decided to recommend to the State Governor to convene the Budget Session of the State Assembly on June 19.

Briefing newspersons here, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said the session would last till the end of July.

Besides taking up the detail discussion of the budgetary provisions, several important bills were also likely to come up during the session.
