Three girls drown in river

Kolhapur, May 30(UNI) Three young girls drowned in Dudhganga river near village Nartavade in Radhanagari tehsil of this district today.

The girls were identified as Megha Shivaji Chaugule (17), Padma Dinkar Chaugule(13) and Gayatri Deepak Mole (15), police said.

They had gone for a bath at the river on the occasion of 'adhikmas' as per per marathi calendar, police added.
