Seven Maoists surrender in Bihar
Darbhanga, May 30 (UNI) Altogether seven activists, including a woman of the proscribed CPI Maoists, surrendered before District Magistrate Upendar Sharma in Darbhanga today.
The DM said the Maoists surrendered here along with six country made rifles, live cartridges, three kilogram gelatine wire and 25 kg explosives.
Those who surrendered would be benefitted under the rehabilitation package of the state government, he added.
The surrendered activists are Bhuchia Devi, Jagmohan Kumar, Ganesh Lal Dev, Ashok Nayank, Ghuran Manjhi, Govind Lal Das and Shiv Narayan Dev.
