Protest against use of ''Hazrat Ali'' name in 'Aap Ka Saroor'

Hyderabad, May 30 (UNI) All India Seerat-E-Zehra Committee today strongly protested against the ''misuse'' of the name of Hazrat Ali, the son-in-law of Prophet Mohammed, in a song of Hindi film 'Aap Ka Saroor'.

Committee General Secretary Ali Raza, in a release here, warned the film producers that the organisation would not allow the release of the film in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad if Hazrat Ali's name and objectionable scenes were not deleted from the song.

''It is bound to hurt the religious feelings of the Muslims, particularly the Shia community,'' he said.
