Parked two-wheelers gutted
Chennai, May 30 (UNI) Three two-wheelers, including one belonging to former international athlete Shiny Wilson, were found burnt at the Southern Railway housing quarters at Sterling Road in the city this morning.
The vehicles were completely gutted in the fire, police said.
The Nungambakkam police have registered a case, suspecting foul play as the cycles and the electric junction box at the parking lot were intact.
Railway Superintendent Radhika inspected the place.
Recently, a few cars and two-wheelers in the city were found mysteriously reduced to ashes. The police arrested one person in this connection, who was said to be mentally deranged.
