NCDEX trades at Rs 1,777 crore

Mumbai, May 30 (UNI) About 559 members (3,023 users) today put through 58,088 trades upto 1700 hrs and volumes were Rs 1,777 crore (one-way) at National Commodity and Derivative Exchange (NCDEX).

Active trades were high in jeera, pepper, gurseeds, soya oil, chana and sugar, a release here today said.

Yesterday, 568 members (2,975 users) participated in trading and put through more than 72,514 trades. The volume for the whole day till 1130 hrs was Rs 2,227 crore (one-way). Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, chana, gold, gurseeds and soya oil, the release added.
