Medicine trader shot dead

Varanasi, May 30 (UNI) A wholesale medicine trader was shot dead by unidentified criminals in Adampur area here late last night, police today said.

Ram Kishun Kushwaha (50), owner of a wholesale medicine shop in Saptasagar medicine market, was shot dead by two criminals outside his residence in Mukimganj. The assailants managed to escape.

The body of trader has been sent for postmortem and a manhunt was launched.
