''Hotel of The Year Award 2007'' for Muthoot Plaza

Thiruvananthapuram, May 30 (UNI) The Muthoot Plaza, a business class hotel owned by the Muthoot Pappachan Group here, has been awarded the ''Hotel of The Year Award 2007'', instituted by a leading multi-brand hotel management company.

Muthoot Plaza General Manager Ghulam Samdani received the award from Mr Anil Madhok, Managing Director of Sarovar Hotels, one of the leading multi brand hotel management company in India with 36 hotels across the country and overseas.

The "Hotel of The Year Award" is rated to be one of the finest accreditations in the hospitality industry in the country, said Mr John Muthoot, Chairman and Managing Director of Muthoot Pappachan Group.

"Not only that, this is also a prestigious, professional recognition nationally for the state's tourism development initiatives," he added.
