Global tenders trend should be stopped in J'khand: JYM
Ranchi, May 30 (UNI) Jharkhand Yuva Morcha (JYM), JMM's youth wing, today demanded the government to stop inviting global tenders for the state's development.
JYM president Vinod Pandey, after party's central committee meeting held here, told reporters that the developmental plans should be based at the block level and the trend of inviting global and onetime tender should be stopped by the state government.
Mr Pandey said the government should enhance alternative emplyoment opportunities for the youths to check their migration from the state.
He said dominance of middle men from the banks, which provided loan for self employement should also be checked adding that 60 per cent of the reserved ratio should be given as employment loan to youths.
Meanwhile, the JYM leader also announced the list of 25 office bearers including five vice-presidents, two organisational secretaries and six secretaries.
