Court rejects TRS MLA's bail plea

Hyderabad, May 30 (UNI) A city court today rejected the bail application of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLA S Bapu Rao, who was taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the fake passport case.

The 12th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate dismissed the bail application after hearing the arguments of the prosecution and the defence counsel.

Mr Rao had surrendered before the Central Crime Station (CCS) police earlier this month after his name figured in the racket.
