CBI gathers info about Pandher's Punjab visits

Karnal, May 30 (UNI) A CBI team today visited the office of a toll plaza situated on the National Highway-1 near here to collect information about the vehicle used by the Nithari case accused Moninder Singh Pandher, while travelling to Punjab and back to Noida.

Toll Plaza Incharge Vasudev confirmed that a CBI team had come around 1100 hrs today to procure information about the movement of a particular vehicle but refused to divulge further.

CBI is learnt to be collecting information about the vehicles used by the Nithari accused over a period of two years during his visits to Punjab and back to Noida.

Pandher had reportedly been making trips to Ambala and Chandigarh. Besides, his in-laws belong to Karnal and have a house in Model Town colony here.
