Case against 'Shootout at Lokhandwala'

Indore, May 30 (UNI) A local court today recorded the statements of a complainant and a witness in a case regarding use of allegedly obscene language in a song of the recently-released Sanjay Dutt-starrer 'Shootout at Lokhandwala'.

Judicial Magistrate R K Batham heard city-resident complainant Kamal Rathore and witness Ravindra Singh. Mr Rathore, represented by Advocate Shailendra Dwivedi, urged a ban on the song and action under sections 292 and 294 of the IPC against producer Sanjay Gupta, director Apoorva Lakhia, Super Cassettes' Kishan Kumar, singer Mika, actors Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi.

June 15 was set as the next date for hearing.
