BSP expells 2

Lucknow, May 30 (UNI) Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today expelled its two candidates, who fought the just-concluded Uttar Pradesh assembly poll from Mohanlalganj constituency.

BSP national general secretary and UP minister Nasimmudin Siddiqui said ''Purnima Verma and her husband Shripal Yadav have been expelled for not following the party discipline.

''The duo misbehaved with the party workers and there was a strong resentment among the party members over it,'' he added.
