31 units sealed by MCD in four zones

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) Continuing its drive to seal commercial units operating in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 31 units in four zones of the city.

As many as 18 commercial units were sealed in Green Park area of South zone, six in Najafgarh near the NH 8 and four in Lajpatnagar II of Central zone. Three units were sealed in Moti nagar area of West zone.

Action could not be carried out in Shahdara's South and North zones due to non-availabilty of staff.

With today's sealing, the number of units put to seal since the drive began on March 28 reached 1945.
