Youth killed by own brother

Dharwad, May 29 (UNI) A 28-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his own brother at Uppin-Betageri village of this district last night.

According to police, Malleshappa Amarshetty was beaten by his younger brother with a metal object used in agriculture, over a petty quarrel involving the drinking habits of the deceased.

The seriously injured brother died on his way to district hospital, police added.
