Work on rly station to be over by Nov: AP MP
Rajahmundry, May 29 (UNI) Development works at the East Railway Station being undertaken at a cost of Rs three crore will be completed by November this year, Rajahmundry MP Vundavalli Arunkumar today said.
Mr Kumar who went to the station along with mediapersons said the works include escalators, VIP lounge, waiting halls besides ticket counters.
As much as Rs two crore was being spent on renovation and modernisation of the railway station here.
Work on the Rs 1.53 crore Jampet Road Overbridge was progressing and would be completed by August end, he also added.
