Vardhman Textiles declares 40 pc dividend

Mumbai, May 29 (UNI) Vardhman Textiles Ltd today announced that it has declared an interim dividend of 40 per cent on the paid-up equity share capital of the company.

However, the Directors have not recommended any further dividend.

Therefore, interim dividend be treated as final dividend, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

UNI
