Two dead and two injured in Imphal

Imphal, May 29 (UNI) At least two persons died and two were injured in separate incidents during the past 24 hours, police here today said.

Police said some unknown armed miscreants fired in Langol area near here resulting in the death of a man.

Meanwhile, police found two seriously injured and suspect land dispute the main reason behind the incident.

However, both were out of danger, police said adding that investigation was going on.

In yet another incident, a 40-year-old man was found dead today at Wangkhei area in Imphal East, police said.
