One killed, 2 injured in firing

Mumbai, May 29 (UNI) One person was killed and two others injured when unidentified gunmen shot at them in a bar in suburban Bandra.

Police have identified the deceased as Sukesh Shetty.

At around 2300 hrs last night, 35-year-old Shetty, Sushant Ramesh Shinde (25) and Sanjay Janardhan Kamble (35) were consuming alcohol in the bar at Nirmal Nagar, when two persons walked in and fired four rounds at them, killng Shetty on the spot, while Shinde and Kamble sustained injuries in the incident, police said today.

The duo were first admitted to Bhabha Hospital before being shifted to Guru Nanak Hospital, Bandra. Their condition is stable.
