Nine people killed in explosion in Western Nepal
Kathmandu, May 29 (UNI) Nine people were killed when a bomb exploded in Western Nepal, this morning.
The bomb exploded at the Bhutuke area of Gothadi VDC in Palpa district, about 250 KM west Kathmandu killing nine people, including five of a family, according to reports.
It is unclear who had left the bomb but media reports suggested that the bomb was left behind during the Maoist insurgency.
A team comprising police, human rights activists has gone towards the area after receiving the information about casualties.
