Career fair starts in Guwahati

Guwahati, May 29 (UNI) With the results out just recently, the students of Guwahati are now spoilt for choice with regards to career options.

The CEC, a leading educational private institution in North East, and city-based Sachdeva New PT College has roped in 20 premier institutions from the country and abroad in a two-day career fair, Career@Choice'07, which began today.

The participating institutes include such names as Microsoft, Korazon Infotech, HCL, Clara International, Malaysia and Stamford University, Bangkok.

The organisers said the event would help the students in deciding the courses to pursue and the best institutions, in different budget categories.

They also pointed out that the participation of local institutes like Dibrugarh University, NEIMS, Jorhat and CEC Group of Institutions.

The fair is likely to draw good crowds, the organisers added.
