2 teachers held for selling text books

Vidisha, MP, May 29 (UNI) Four people, including two school teachers, were arrested for attempting to sell 30 sacks of text books meant for free distribution under 'Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan', police said today. Teachers Saudan Singh and B V Budhsagar attached with the Janpad education centre at nearby Sanchi and two others brought the books in a tractor trolley for selling in the market here as waste paper, police said, adding on a tip-off, the books and vehicle were seized.
