Wanted dacoit held

Chitrakoot, May 28 (UNI) Police today arrested an notorious dacoit, who was carrying a bounty of Rs 5,000 on his head here.

Munni Lal Yadav was nabbed from the hilly areas of this district, police said.

At least 10 cases of murder and abduction were pending against the hardened criminal in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Besides, a pistol and 22 cartridges were seized from him.
