Temps fall, makes weather pleasant in Rajasthan

Jaipur, May 28 (UNI) With temperatures and heat relenting in the past two days, people in Rajasthan are heaving a sigh of relief with pleasant weather providing them the required succour.

The weather office said the temperatures have fallen by one to two degrees over the past few days as dust storms and drizzles in various parts of the state have cooled the weather considerably.

Cool wind blowing in the evenings are making people come outdoors and enjoy the balmy weather.

The state capital recorded a maximum temperature of 39.3 degrees Celsius, Ajmer 39 degrees, Dabok 38 degrees, Jodhpur 40 degrees and Bikaner 40 degrees Celsius.

Ajmer recorded two mm rainfall, traces in Pilani, 0.2 mm in Kota, 0.6 mm in Churu till 0830 hrs this morning.

The weather office has forecast dust storms and isolated rains with thunder and lightening in some parts of the state. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degree Celsius tomorrow in the state capital with a partly clouded sky.
