Datamatics Tech ltd board approves amalgamation

Mumbai, May 28 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Datmatics Technologies Limited, at their meeting last saturday, had in principle approved to amalgamate the company with Datamatics Ltd, as associate company engaged in IT services.

The Board appointed advisors will present the amalgamation scheme in the next Board Meeting. The Amalgamation would be subject to shareholders and other regulatory approvals, the company said in a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The Board has also decided to change the existing Registrars and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd to Datamatics Financial Services Ltd, Mumbai.
